As a part-time evening/weekend specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our systems uptime and providing top-tier technical assistance to our internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical troubleshooting and support for hardware and software issues during evening hours.
- Monitor server systems and networks to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Log and track all IT incidents and service requests in our ticketing system.
- Assist in the deployment of software updates and patches.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams regarding system status and outages.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and equipment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
- Reliable transportation is required.
