Responsibilities
- Execute efficient guest check-ins and check-outs using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a solution-oriented and professional attitude.
- Monitor hotel premises during the night shift to ensure security, safety, and order.
- Perform nightly front desk audits, including cash reconciliation and reporting.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk area and lobby environment.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and security teams to resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Must be available to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic computer literacy is preferred.
