Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during evening and overnight hours
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures for late arrivals
- Monitor security systems and respond to guest emergencies
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and resolve billing inquiries
- Assist with event setup and guest transportation
- Maintain detailed shift logs and incident reports
Qualifications
- Must be available to work 11 PM - 7 AM shifts (3-5 days/week)
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Nevada gaming card or willingness to obtain
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Must pass background check and drug screening
