Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and maintain complex datasets in proprietary systems
- Perform daily reconciliation of financial records with 99.9% accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions while meeting nightly deadlines
- Generate and analyze daily performance reports for executive review
- Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure seamless data continuity
- Implement data validation protocols to maintain regulatory compliance
- Train junior staff on proprietary software and security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 75+ WPM with exceptional accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (vlookups, pivot tables)
- Familiarity with ERP/SAP systems and database management
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Night shift availability (11 PM - 7 AM) with reliable transportation
- Professional certification in data management preferred
