Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and manage large datasets using proprietary software systems
- Perform nightly reconciliation of financial and inventory records
- Generate daily performance reports for senior leadership
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during shift transitions
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies with minimal supervision
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 75+ WPM with 99% accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and database management systems
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Associate degree or equivalent technical certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with healthcare or financial data systems a plus
