Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain complex datasets in proprietary systems
- Perform data validation and quality checks with 99.5%+ accuracy standards
- Process high-volume transactions within nightly SLA targets
- Generate and analyze daily performance reports using Excel/SQL tools
- Collaborate with offshore teams during transition periods
- Adhere to HIPAA/FERPA compliance protocols for sensitive information
- Implement data security protocols including encryption and access controls
Qualifications
- 3+ years high-volume data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes/hour
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and database management systems
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven error reduction metrics
- Night shift availability (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
- Associates degree in Data Management or related field preferred
- Experience with Salesforce or ERP systems
- Ability to maintain productivity during extended overnight shifts
- CompTIA Data+ certification or equivalent
