Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and verify data in company databases and systems
- Process high-volume transactions with precision and attention to detail
- Perform quality checks to ensure data integrity and compliance standards
- Utilize specialized software for document scanning and digital record-keeping
- Generate daily/weekly productivity reports for management review
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless data handovers
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 40 WPM typing speed with 95% accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Basic understanding of data privacy regulations (HIPAA/GDPR)
- Reliable transportation to downtown Tampa location
