Responsibilities
- Enter and update customer and company data into various internal systems and databases with high speed and precision.
- Verify and cross-reference data to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Sort, organize, and file physical or electronic documents to ensure easy retrieval.
- Perform regular quality assurance checks on data entries to minimize errors.
- Communicate effectively with the night shift team lead regarding data issues or system errors.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive business information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative support is highly preferred.
- Proven typing speed of 45+ words per minute.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
