Responsibilities
- Enter, verify, and maintain accurate data in proprietary CRM and ERP systems
- Process high-volume transactions with zero tolerance for errors
- Perform daily reconciliation of source documents and digital records
- Generate and distribute daily/weekly performance reports
- Adhere to strict HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols
- Collaborate with offshore teams during handover periods
- Implement continuous process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume data entry experience
- Proven accuracy rate of 99.5%+ in data processing
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel pivot tables required)
- WPM 60+ with 100% accuracy in typing tests
- Familiarity with Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems
- Strong analytical problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
