Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain large volumes of alphanumeric data into proprietary systems
- Perform daily reconciliation of records to ensure 99.9% data accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions with strict adherence to deadlines
- Utilize 10-key and alphanumeric typing skills to achieve 8,000+ keystrokes per hour
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies through systematic verification
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports for team leadership
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive business information
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of high-volume data entry experience
- Proven ability to type 60+ WPM with 99.9% accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data management software
- Exceptional attention to detail and error-spotting capabilities
- Ability to work independently during night shift (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent required
