- Process high-volume transaction records during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Perform data quality audits using automated validation tools
- Generate daily productivity reports for departmental review
- Collaborate with offshore teams during handover periods
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client financial records
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume data entry experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel pivot tables required)
- 10-key typing speed of 8,000+ KPH with error rate <0.5%
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Associates degree in Business Administration or related field
