Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases and spreadsheets
- Verify data completeness and resolve discrepancies through quality control checks
- Process documents and forms with strict attention to detail and confidentiality
- Adhere to data security protocols and privacy regulations (HIPAA/FERPA compliant)
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining 99.5% accuracy rate
- Collaborate with team members to resolve data inconsistencies
- Complete training modules to master new systems and processes
Qualifications
