- Process transactions and documents within strict SLA deadlines
- Generate daily performance reports and identify data anomalies
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless workflow continuity
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in high-volume data entry role
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite with 10,000+ keystrokes/minute typing speed
- Proven ability to maintain 99%+ accuracy under pressure
- Comfortable working independently during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic database knowledge (SQL/Excel) preferred
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Point area
