Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer and corporate data into secure digital database systems.
- Verify and cross-reference incoming information to ensure 100% data integrity.
- Review and correct discrepancies in data entry reports with minimal supervision.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company and client information.
- Perform routine database maintenance and backups to ensure system efficiency.
- Communicate potential data errors or system issues to the senior data analyst immediately.
- Meet daily and weekly productivity quotas while maintaining high accuracy standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Proven experience in data entry or general administrative support.
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM with high accuracy (90%+).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Ability to work independently and stay focused during night hours.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
