Responsibilities
- Enter, verify, and maintain high-volume data across multiple platforms with 99.9% accuracy
- Process and reconcile transactional records nightly to ensure real-time data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Generate and analyze nightly performance reports for department leadership
- Adhere to strict HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
- Utilize advanced Excel functions and proprietary software for data manipulation
- Train on new systems and processes to maintain technical proficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume data entry experience (night shift preferred)
- Proven ability to maintain 99.5%+ accuracy in time-sensitive environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros)
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP, or equivalent)
- Strong attention to detail with ability to spot inconsistencies instantly
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Typing speed of 75+ WPM with 10-key proficiency
