Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and maintain large-scale datasets in proprietary CRM and ERP systems
- Perform nightly reconciliation of financial records with 99.9% accuracy
- Generate and distribute daily performance reports to executive stakeholders
- Implement data validation protocols to ensure compliance with SOX regulations
- Collaborate with offshore teams to resolve data discrepancies in real-time
- Optimize data workflows using advanced Excel macros and VBA scripting
- Train junior staff on proprietary data management systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of high-volume data entry experience in regulated industries
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite with emphasis on Excel pivot tables
- Proven track record of maintaining 99.5%+ data accuracy rates
- Experience working with SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce databases
- Ability to consistently meet nightly productivity quotas of 8,000 keystrokes per hour
- CompTIA Data+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for complex data anomalies
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
