Responsibilities
- Accurately input and manage large volumes of financial and customer data into proprietary systems
- Verify data integrity by cross-referencing source documents and digital records
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company and client information
- Process daily transactions and reconcile discrepancies within established deadlines
- Generate and distribute daily activity reports to department supervisors
- Adhere to HIPAA and PCI compliance standards for all data handling
- Collaborate with team members to resolve data inconsistencies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional data entry experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to type 60+ WPM with 98%+ accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and error detection skills
- Experience working with ERP or CRM systems preferred
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- High school diploma or equivalent required
