Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify high-volume transactional data into proprietary systems

- Generate daily/weekly performance reports using Excel and SQL tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data integrity issues
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial and client information
- Optimize data entry workflows to meet nightly SLAs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in high-volume data entry or similar role
- Proven ability to type 70+ WPM with 100% accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Experience with database systems (SQL, Oracle) preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
