Responsibilities
- Enter, verify, and update customer and account information into our secure database systems with high accuracy.
- Review and correct data discrepancies to ensure 100% data integrity.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files for easy retrieval.
- Perform regular audits of data entries to identify and resolve errors.
- Communicate effectively with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Assist in the preparation of nightly statistical reports and summaries.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative support.
- Proven typing speed of at least 45 WPM with high accuracy.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a quiet environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
