Responsibilities
- Enter and verify high volumes of customer and transaction data into digital databases with 99% accuracy.
- Review and correct discrepancies in incoming data to ensure database integrity.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Communicate effectively with the morning shift team to ensure data continuity.
- Perform regular audits of completed work to identify and rectify errors immediately.
- Update existing client records with new information as requested.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data management software.
- Must be able to type at least 45 WPM accurately.
- Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
