Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain critical data in company databases and spreadsheets
- Verify and cross-reference information against source documents to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions within nightly deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Generate daily/weekly reports using Excel and proprietary software systems
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless data continuity and issue resolution
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and data security standards
- Identify and escalate data discrepancies or system irregularities promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in data entry or similar clerical role
- Proven typing speed of 45+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Exceptional attention to detail and error-detection skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shift
