Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently input, update, and maintain data in company databases and spreadsheets.
- Verify the accuracy of all data entries to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Review and reconcile discrepancies in incoming data logs and resolve issues promptly.
- Perform routine audits of existing records to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding data discrepancies or system issues during the night shift.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols regarding sensitive information.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry or administrative support.
- Proven typing speed of 45+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Ability to work the Night Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a consistent basis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable internet connection if working remotely (or available to work on-site).
