- Process high-volume transactions while maintaining strict confidentiality protocols
- Perform quality checks on entered data and resolve discrepancies
- Generate daily productivity reports using Excel and internal software
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards for sensitive information
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless data handoffs
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months data entry experience or equivalent education
- Proven typing speed of 45+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and error-spotting capabilities
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks while maintaining focus
- Valid US work authorization and reliable transportation
