Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update data into proprietary databases using provided equipment
- Validate source documents against digital records to ensure 99.5%+ accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions while maintaining strict confidentiality protocols
- Generate daily productivity reports and identify data anomalies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Adhere to HIPAA/FERPA compliance standards for sensitive information
- Perform nightly system backups and data verification procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 2 years data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes/hour
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data management software
- Ability to work independently during night shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Exceptional attention to detail with error-spotting capabilities
- Basic knowledge of database structures (SQL experience a plus)
