Responsibilities
- Input and verify customer data into company databases with a high degree of accuracy.
- Review incoming documents and transcribe information into digital formats.
- Perform routine quality checks to ensure data integrity and error-free reporting.
- Communicate daily progress and any discrepancies to the night shift supervisor.
- Organize physical files and digital folders to ensure easy retrieval of records.
- Assist in troubleshooting basic software issues to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
