Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain large datasets in proprietary CRM and ERP systems
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and error resolution with 99.5%+ accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions including inventory logs, customer records, and financial entries
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for leadership review
- Adhere to strict HIPAA and GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during shift handovers and system transitions
- Implement continuous process improvements to enhance data efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management software
- Proven ability to maintain 98%+ accuracy in high-volume environments
- Strong attention to detail with demonstrated error detection skills
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule with reliable transportation
- Associate's degree or equivalent technical certification preferred
- Experience with Salesforce or SAP systems highly desirable
