Responsibilities
- Accurately input customer information, product details, and transaction data into our enterprise database and CRM systems.
- Review and verify entered data for errors, omissions, and discrepancies, making necessary corrections immediately.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval and document security.
- Transcribe information from various sources, including paper documents, handwritten notes, and audio files.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding data inconsistencies or urgent data entry requests.
- Ensure strict adherence to data privacy policies and confidentiality agreements.
- Perform routine maintenance on database systems to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or clerical roles.
- Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM with a high degree of accuracy (90%+).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently during the night shift with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are mandatory.
