Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify customer and transaction data into our secure database systems.
- Maintain and update customer records with high attention to detail to ensure data integrity.
- Monitor incoming data queues and prioritize tasks to meet daily deadlines.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or errors in the data stream immediately.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless transition of information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (College students welcome).
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with web browsers and email.
- Typing speed of 35+ WPM preferred.
- Ability to work independently and self-motivated in a remote environment.
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
