Responsibilities
- Accurately input and manage client data into proprietary systems
- Perform daily quality assurance checks on datasets
- Process high-volume transaction records with 99.9% accuracy
- Generate weekly productivity and error-rate reports
- Collaborate with day team for seamless data handoffs
- Utilize 10-key typing at 8,000+ KPH with 98% accuracy
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years data entry experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel/Word)
- Proven 10-key typing speed (8,000+ KPH)
- Associates degree in Business Administration preferred
- Experience with ERP/SAP systems a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and error-spotting ability
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation for 11 PM - 7 AM shifts
