Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify alphanumeric data across multiple database systems
- Perform nightly reconciliation of source documents with digital records
- Generate and distribute daily data integrity reports to management
- Maintain strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive information
- Collaborate with offshore teams during overlapping business hours
- Implement data correction protocols for identified discrepancies
- Utilize specialized software for document imaging and indexing
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years verified data entry experience
- Proven typing proficiency of 8,000+ keystrokes per hour with 98% accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) preferred
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Detail-oriented with exceptional error detection skills
- Valid Alaska driver's license and reliable transportation
