Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer and inventory data into our proprietary database systems.
- Review source documents for errors and correct any discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive corporate data.
- Generate and email daily/weekly reports to the data management team.
- Perform regular audits of entered data to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Assist in the migration of legacy data to new platforms.
- Communicate effectively with day-shift supervisors during handover periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative support.
- Proven typing speed of 45+ words per minute (WPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
