- Collaborate with offshore teams during cross-continental handovers
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years high-volume data entry experience
- Expert proficiency in Excel, SAP, and Salesforce
- Proven accuracy rate of 99.5%+ in data processing
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (11PM-7AM)
- Professional certification in data management preferred
