Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify data into proprietary systems with 99%+ precision
- Process high-volume transactions within nightly SLAs
- Perform quality checks to ensure data integrity and compliance
- Generate daily productivity reports using Excel and internal tools
- Collaborate with day team during handover periods
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial and client information
- Identify and escalate data discrepancies for resolution
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes/hour
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Ability to work independently overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and error-spotting abilities
- Basic understanding of database structures
- Reliable transportation for night shift commute
- Pass background check and drug screening
