Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently input, verify, and update data into our proprietary databases and software systems.
- Review source documents for accuracy and completeness before data entry to ensure high-quality output.
- Identify, research, and resolve discrepancies in data entries as they arise.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company and client information.
- Perform regular data audits and quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to ensure workflow continuity and timely task completion.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry, transcription, or administrative support.
- Proven typing speed of at least 45 WPM with high accuracy (95%+).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data management software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a full-time basis.
