Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain critical data in company databases with 99.9% accuracy
- Review and verify source documents for completeness and precision
- Process transactions and corrections within SLA timeframes
- Generate daily/weekly reports using Excel and proprietary software
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless data continuity
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards for sensitive information
- Train on new systems and protocols during onboarding period
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong attention to detail with error-spotting capabilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic understanding of database structures (SQL knowledge a plus)
- Reliable transportation to downtown Nashville facility
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
