Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain client data in proprietary systems
- Verify and reconcile data discrepancies with source documents
- Process high-volume transactions within nightly SLAs
- Generate daily/weekly data integrity reports
- Collaborate with offshore teams for cross-timezone data handoffs
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols
- Perform quality audits on processed datasets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of high-volume data entry experience
- Proven 10,000+ keystrokes per hour with 99% accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel pivot tables required)
- Experience with ERP/SAP or similar enterprise systems
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (9 PM - 6 AM CST)
- Strong attention to detail and error detection skills
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts during peak periods
