Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and maintain high-volume transactional data in ERP and CRM systems
- Perform daily reconciliation of digital records with physical documentation
- Generate and distribute daily performance reports to department leads
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies through systematic cross-referencing
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
- Collaborate with day-shift teams during transition periods for seamless workflow
- Utilize automation tools to optimize data processing efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years verified data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel pivot tables required)
- Experience with SAP or Salesforce platforms preferred
- Ability to maintain 99.8% accuracy under minimal supervision
- Stable night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM, Sun-Thur)
