- Accurately input and manage high-volume data across multiple digital platforms
- Verify and reconcile data discrepancies with precision
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive business information
- Utilize proprietary software and Microsoft Office Suite for daily tasks
- Meet daily productivity metrics while maintaining 99.5% accuracy standards
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless data handovers
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 45+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data management tools
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
