Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain critical data in company databases
- Process high-volume transactions with precision and speed (100+ entries/hour)
- Perform data validation, verification, and quality assurance checks
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
- Collaborate with day-team during shift transitions for seamless operations
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company/client information
- Utilize Excel, Salesforce, and proprietary data management systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of high-volume data entry experience
- Proven accuracy rate of 99.5%+ in data entry tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required)
- Ability to type 60+ WPM with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities
- Reliable transportation for consistent night shift availability
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Background check and drug screen required
