Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify alphanumeric data into proprietary CRM and ERP systems
- Process high-volume transaction records with 99.5%+ accuracy standards
- Perform data audits and reconcile discrepancies across multiple platforms
- Generate daily productivity reports and quality metrics dashboards
- Collaborate with overnight IT support teams for system troubleshooting
- Maintain strict HIPAA and GDPR compliance protocols
- Train on new software tools quarterly to enhance skillset
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in high-volume data entry (10,000+ keystrokes/hour)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and database management systems
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong attention to detail with proven error rate <0.5%
- High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree preferred
- Background check and drug screen required
- Basic SQL knowledge for data extraction tasks
