- Process and verify transaction records, ensuring 99.9% data accuracy
- Manage confidential client information following strict HIPAA/GDPR protocols
- Perform routine data audits and quality control checks
- Generate daily productivity reports for departmental review
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless data handovers
- Utilize Excel and proprietary software for complex data manipulation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional data entry experience
- Proven ability to type 60+ WPM with 99% accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong attention to detail and error detection skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
