- Process high-volume transactions including invoices, forms, and customer records
- Perform daily reconciliation of digital records against source documents
- Generate weekly performance reports and data integrity summaries
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless workflow handoffs
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for data handling
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
