Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update data into proprietary CRM and ERP systems
- Perform daily reconciliation of financial records and transaction logs
- Verify data accuracy against source documents and correct discrepancies
- Generate and distribute daily/weekly performance reports to management
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client and financial information
- Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure seamless data synchronization
- Adhere to HIPAA and SOX compliance protocols for all data handling
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of high-volume data entry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to type 45+ WPM with 99% accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Available to work 11 PM - 7 AM shifts (Monday-Friday)
- Pass background check and drug screening upon hire
- Previous experience with Salesforce or SAP systems preferred
