- Accurately input, update, and verify alphanumeric data across CRM and ERP systems
- Process high-volume transactions with zero tolerance for errors
- Perform daily reconciliation of data discrepancies using Excel and proprietary software
- Generate weekly performance reports and quality assurance metrics
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless data handovers
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client and company information
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance standards for all data handling
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional data entry experience
- Proven ability to type 60+ WPM with 99.5% accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with data validation protocols and error resolution
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
