Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update client information into proprietary databases
- Perform data quality audits to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions within nightly SLAs
- Generate daily data integrity reports for management review
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless data handoffs
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client records
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes/hour
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with CRM systems preferred (Salesforce a plus)
- Exceptional attention to detail and error-spotting abilities
- Reliable transportation for overnight shifts
