- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure 99.9% data integrity
- Process high-volume transactions within nightly SLA targets
- Generate daily reports and analytics for management review
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless data handovers
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance protocols
- Utilize proprietary software and Microsoft Office suite efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of high-volume data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and data management systems
- Strong attention to detail and error-spotting capabilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable with overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic knowledge of database structures preferred
