- Process and reconcile daily reports with a 99.9% accuracy target
- Utilize proprietary software and Microsoft Office Suite for data management tasks
- Perform quality checks to ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless data transition and issue resolution
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive client information
- Maintain productivity metrics while meeting nightly processing deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of high-volume data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 99.5% accuracy
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and database management systems
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
