Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems
- Verify data completeness and resolve discrepancies through cross-referencing source documents
- Perform quality checks to ensure 99.5% data accuracy standards
- Generate daily/weekly reports and maintain audit trails
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless data handover
- Adhere to HIPAA and company confidentiality protocols
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and validation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of data entry experience with proven accuracy
- Proficient in typing 45+ WPM with 99% accuracy
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule, including weekends
- Basic understanding of database structures (SQL knowledge a plus)
