Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and maintain critical business data across multiple platforms
- Process high-volume transactions with 99.9% accuracy standards
- Generate daily reports and identify data discrepancies for resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data workflows
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and HIPAA/GDPR compliance
- Utilize advanced software tools including Excel, Salesforce, and proprietary systems
- Conduct regular data audits and quality control checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with exceptional accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel pivot tables required)
- Strong attention to detail and error-spotting capabilities
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree a plus
- U.S. work authorization required
