Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and manage large volumes of alphanumeric data into proprietary systems
- Perform quality assurance checks through data validation and cross-referencing protocols
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information and compliance documents
- Generate daily productivity reports and identify data discrepancies for resolution
- Collaborate with day-shift team members for seamless workflow continuity
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance standards in all data handling procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of high-volume data entry experience (10,000+ keystrokes/hour)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills
- Exceptional attention to detail with less than 0.5% error rate in prior roles
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
